All prices are advertised exclusive of GST and Freight. Once you proceed to ‘check out’ GST and freight will be added. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Invoices will be sent out with your goods and a statement will be emailed to you after your order.
Payment can be made via direct bank transfer and Credit Card.


Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from a Success Medical representative. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Freight charges will not be credited where goods are ordered incorrectly or change of mind.

What are your delivery fees?

One-off $5 postage for delivery within NZ

Free national shipping when purchase over $300 (excluding GST)

Can you ship overseas?

At present we only deliver to New Zealand addresses, but we have plans to offer international delivery in the future.

How long will my delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is 1-3 days for in stock items. 

We will advise if we anticipate your delivery being longer for one of the following reasons:

  • We are out of the stock
  • Our suppliers are out of stock
  • We are waiting on an overseas delivery
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
